This tour is focused mainly in exploring the best beaches in south of Albania like Dhermi, Jale, Himare and Ksamil. This tour includes also detailed visits to Gjirokaster (Unesco heritage), Saranda a summer city resort, and Butrint another Unesco Heritage.

Itinerary

Day 1.Tirana - Vlora - Dhermi

Meet in the morning and leave Tirana towards South of Albania. Stop in Vlora, visiting the center of the city, the promenade by the beach, the main square, old town and the Muradie Mosque.
Continue our trip driving through Albanian Riviera, amazing views. Stop in Llogara Mountain, arive in Dhermi afternoon. Overnight in Dhermi.

Day 2.Dhermi

Breakfast in Hotel. Enjoy the beach in Dhermi on a relax day.
Overnight in Dhermi

Day 3.Dhermi - Himare - Sarande

After Breakfast depart for Sarande. The town of Himare will be our first stop. Located in the bay of Himare with many bars, restaurants and beatiful beach in the front.

Visit the castle of Ali Pasha Tepelena.

After leaving Himare on our way to Saranda will stop the a castle, called from the Albanians: Porto Palermo, an old name during the 15 centary, time when albanian were emigrating to south of Italy. The castle was build from Ali Pasha. Continue our driving to Saranda.
Overnight in Ksamil.

Day 4.Ksamil - Butrint - Ksamil

Breakfast in Hotel. In the morning we will visit Butrinti Archeological Park.
Return to Ksamil to enjoy a relax day in the beaches of Ksamil Islands.
Overnight in Ksamil

Day 5.Ksamil - Gjirokaster - Tirane

After Breakfast drive to Gjirokaster for about 1,5 hr. Visit the city of Gjirokaster, the Castle, the old town the house of Skenduli. A visit of Gjirokastra medieval castle and old bazaar paved with cobble stones full of artisans’ shops. The castle has a military museum featuring captured artillery from WWII and memorabilia of the Communist resistance against Nazi Germans.

Lunch in traditional restaurant. Drive back to Tirana. Arrive in Tirana in the Evening.
